Importance of Offline Ticket Entry

Offline Ticket Entry allows you to continue working even when your server fails or your network goes down. It's essential for maintaining business operations during unexpected outages. However, remember that this feature is not meant to solve internet connectivity problems.

Checking Your Offline Ticket Entry Status

Are you not sure if you have Offline Ticket Entry enabled? You can easily check your status:

  1. Navigate to Setup

  2. Go to System
