ISSUE: Error message displays when posting drawers.


















SOLUTION: Run the Ticket edit List.  The edit list will give you the exact error message so that you can determine and correct the problem.  You may see a message that the item or customer is not on file and be able to correct the issue and post. 


If you are unable to resolve the issue, enter a support ticket providing the exact error that you see on the Ticket Edit List.
