ISSUE: User cannot log into Counterpoint. User is disabled due to too many failed login attempts.
SOLUTION:
1. Have someone that has access to Setup > System > Users login and select the disabled user record.
2. Uncheck “Login Disabled”.
3. Follow one of these two options:
a. Click on the “Set Password” button and have the user enter a new password, confirm the password, then SAVE.
b. Check “Require Password Change”. Click on the “Set Password” button, enter a simple password (example – ‘password1’), confirm the password and press SAVE. Let the user know the simple password. Have the user login, they will be prompted to enter a new password.
4. Verify that the user can successfully log into Counterpoint.
